Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Customers may request the cancellation of their order only if the unit has not yet been processed or entered into the manufacturing process. As each unit is handmade and produced on demand, once the manufacturing process has started, order cancellations will no longer be possible.
Returns are not accepted. Exchanges are only accepted for the same unit in the event that the product has a manufacturing defect. In such cases, the customer must contact our support team and provide the necessary information for the defect to be evaluated.
Defects caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, mishandling, or damage caused by the customer are not covered.
Refunds will not be issued, except in cases where they are legally required.
Shipping Details
Orders are shipped via Correos, which is responsible for managing deliveries.
Once the order has been processed and the manufacturing process has been completed, the estimated delivery time is approximately 15 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, distance, or external logistical factors.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond the company’s control, such as carrier delays, holidays, or logistical incidents.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process under the concept of “Flat Rate.”
The shipping fee is fixed and ranges from €25 to €30, depending on the destination country. The exact amount will be shown before the customer completes the purchase.
These costs cover order handling, packaging, and shipment through the corresponding carrier.
Company Policy – Product Development & Delivery Times
As explained on our website, across our social media channels, and in different sections repeatedly, we are a startup and we are still actively developing our product.
For this reason, delivery dates may vary. We anticipate that the delivery timeframe will be up to a maximum of three (3) months from the date the unit is purchased until it is delivered to the customer’s address.

Design, Components & Software Availability Policy
Due to continuous product development and improvement, the final design of the product may differ from previous images, descriptions, or materials shown. Certain components, features, or elements may be modified, replaced, or removed without prior notice.

Usage Limitations / Liability – Customs
Once the product has been shipped in perfect condition and according to the order, the company is not responsible for any customs inspections, holds, or additional fees that may be applied by the destination country.
The customer is responsible for any charges, taxes, or customs procedures required to receive the order in their country. The company ships the product through the carrier in compliance with applicable regulations and cannot control third-party decisions or charges (customs, local carriers, etc.).
Open Source Product Policy
All our devices are open-source and designed for the maker community, with the goal of encouraging innovation, learning, and the development of new applications.
The software included by default is basic and general-purpose, providing only the core functionalities required for initial operation. For this reason, we strongly recommend that users modify, replace, or reprogram it according to their specific needs and use cases.
Our products are intended to be a flexible and customizable platform, meaning that the final use of the software is entirely the responsibility of the user. Therefore, we do not assume any responsibility for how the software is used after it has been modified or customized.
We emphasize that the preinstalled software is generic by nature and is meant to serve as a starting point. It is highly recommended to adapt or reprogram it in order to fully take advantage of the device’s capabilities.

Product Warranty
All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. Each unit is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure proper functionality.
In the event that a product has a manufacturing defect, the company will:
- Provide a new replacement unit.
- For specific electronic issues, replace the affected component entirely.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, drops, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
