Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Customers may request the cancellation of their order only if the unit has not yet been processed or entered into the manufacturing process. As each unit is handmade and produced on demand, once the manufacturing process has started, order cancellations will no longer be possible.

Returns are not accepted. Exchanges are only accepted for the same unit in the event that the product has a manufacturing defect. In such cases, the customer must contact our support team and provide the necessary information for the defect to be evaluated.

Defects caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, mishandling, or damage caused by the customer are not covered.

Refunds will not be issued, except in cases where they are legally required.


Shipping Details

Orders are shipped via Correos, which is responsible for managing deliveries.

Once the order has been processed and the manufacturing process has been completed, the estimated delivery time is approximately 15 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, distance, or external logistical factors.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond the company’s control, such as carrier delays, holidays, or logistical incidents.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process under the concept of “Flat Rate.”

The shipping fee is fixed and ranges from €25 to €30, depending on the destination country. The exact amount will be shown before the customer completes the purchase.

These costs cover order handling, packaging, and shipment through the corresponding carrier.

Company Policy – Product Development & Delivery Times

As explained on our website, across our social media channels, and in different sections repeatedly, we are a startup and we are still actively developing our product.

For this reason, delivery dates may vary. We anticipate that the delivery timeframe will be up to a maximum of three (3) months from the date the unit is purchased until it is delivered to the customer’s address.

Design, Components & Software Availability Policy

Due to continuous product development and improvement, the final design of the product may differ from previous images, descriptions, or materials shown. Certain components, features, or elements may be modified, replaced, or removed without prior notice.

Additionally, some software features or functionalities may be limited, disabled, or unavailable depending on the user’s country, local regulations, and applicable laws in each jurisdiction.

We make every effort to comply with all current regulations and standards in each country where our product is available.

Usage Limitations / Liability

This product is offered for personal and experimental use only. Any other use, including professional, commercial, or uses affecting third-party safety, is not supported or endorsed by the company.

Each customer is responsible for understanding what they are purchasing and how it can be used. The company is not liable for any damage, loss, malfunction, or consequences arising from improper, illegal, or unauthorized use of the product.

Usage Limitations / Liability – Customs

Once the product has been shipped in perfect condition and according to the order, the company is not responsible for any customs inspections, holds, or additional fees that may be applied by the destination country.

The customer is responsible for any charges, taxes, or customs procedures required to receive the order in their country. The company ships the product through the carrier in compliance with applicable regulations and cannot control third-party decisions or charges (customs, local carriers, etc.).

Privacy and Data Protection Policy

The privacy and security of our customers is a top priority. All personal data collected during the purchase, registration, or contact with the company is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

  • Data is used only to process orders, manage shipments, and provide customer support.
  • Personal data is not shared with third parties, except when necessary for order delivery (e.g., the shipping company).

Product Warranty

All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. Each unit is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure proper functionality.

In the event that a product has a manufacturing defect, the company will:

  • Provide a new replacement unit.
  • For specific electronic issues, replace the affected component entirely.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, drops, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, customers must contact our support team, providing the necessary information and documentation to evaluate the situation.
